Our availability calendar will show you which dates can be booked and the rates page provides weekly rentals in US dollars and sterling.  Contact us for other currencies and daily rates.  The terms and conditions is basically the contract which we provide to protect all parties and confirm that your dates are booked and no one else can take them. 

We are occasionally asked "how do I know that the villa will be there and available when I arrive"? - It's a fair question and we do our best to reassure guests on our security page "is the villa really there?".
